go-go
Meow (for cat)
Woof-woof (for dog)
Belly
Booz (that's her word for when she wants to nurse... I'm guessing it's "boob")
She understands 5 times this much, of course, and it's amazing to see how much more she picks up every day!
Also, Aydin is walking pretty much all the time now. She really only crawls if she has to. This includes going down the stairs. She refuses to have anything to do with any kind of safe, backward delivery.
Ah, and we note with sadness the emergence of ... the temper tantrum. This is one peeved off little girl, folks. She's got a short fuse and knows how to use it. Her frustration when she can't do something (whether by me saying no or by her physical or development limitations) is alarming. So Ozan and I are just doing our best to STAY CALM and not let her emotions run away with us. This must be such a crazy, confusing time for her. I have to keep reminding myself of just that and try to focus on prevention as much as possible. That said, it's time for me to get her dinner started... tonight's menu? Spaghetti and meatballs (egg-free, of course).
