Aydin at the Transit Museum

The NYC Transit Museum houses a grand collection of antique subway cars, dating all the way back to the turn of the 20th century. (It still feels funny to say that. It's so hard to believe we're in a new century!) Aydin and Axel had so much fun running around the old cars, sitting on the wicker woven seats, admiring the ceiling fans (!!) in some of the models, and pretending to drive the cars with their big, metal wheels. We had a double diaper change (both kids) on one of the benches and even played with some German tourist kids too. All in all, a great way to spend an hour or so on a rainy Friday morning in the Little Apple.

More pictures with Axel to come, once my camera battery is fully charged.
