Drunken Swaying

One other thing before we forget: last night, around 9:30pm, I glanced over at the video monitor (as I am wont to do while watching "The Tudors" on DVD), and I saw something truly alarming: Aydin sitting straight up in her crib, but sort of asleep at the same time... she was swaying back and forth a little, sucking her thumb, clearly more or less asleep but yet stuck in the upright position... Ozan and I debated what to do: leave her to just topple over asleep, or go in and put her right? Watching her swaying like a drunken sailor was just too funny-and-disturbing, so I went in and set her right. She seemed taken aback by my intrusion but settled back down to sleep immediately. What bizarre days these are!
